Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash, give change, and balance a cash drawer at the end of shift
  • Should possess 1+ years of upscale restaurant experience
  • Must be able to work an average of 30+ hours per week to qualify for benefits
  • Experience in upscale dining preferred
  • Server experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of upscale restaurant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Cash handling experience
  • Prior fine dining serving experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve meals and drinks efficiently and professionally
  • Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer at end of shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy
  • Provide knowledge about menu items and make recommendations
