Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in fine dining or related hospitality roles preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
previous experience in the food industry particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred
excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with guests and team members
basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
a friendly and approachable demeanor that enhances the dining experience for guests

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor ensuring a positive first impression
present menus provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences
take accurate orders and enter them into the system using a cash register or point-of-sale system
serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
monitor tables for guest satisfaction addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner
buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards
