Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fine dining or related hospitality roles preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- previous experience in the food industry particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with guests and team members
- basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- a friendly and approachable demeanor that enhances the dining experience for guests
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor ensuring a positive first impression
- present menus provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- take accurate orders and enter them into the system using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
- monitor tables for guest satisfaction addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner
- buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards
