Job Requirements
- must have a minimum of 5 years experience in fine dining service
- proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- strong menu knowledge including specials and allergens
- experience with upselling techniques
- competency in working with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- ability to maintain clean and organized tables and dining area
- ability to handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- attend daily pre-shift meetings and participate in ongoing training
- must be available for evening and night shifts
- capable of working full-time or part-time shifts between 8 and 10 hours
Job Qualifications

- strong knowledge of menu items including specials and allergen information
- ability to provide attentive and personalized service
- skilled in upselling food and beverages
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems
