Job Requirements

Minimum of three years experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant management
ability to analyze financial statements
excellent communication skills

knowledge of wine and spirits

Job Qualifications

Three or more years of upscale or fine dining management experience
strong understanding of profit and loss statements

Job Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
manage and mentor front-of-house staff for high performance
maintain professional presentation and communication standards
analyze and interpret P&L statements to optimize profitability
foster a hands-on leadership approach focused on guest satisfaction
coordinate with culinary team to uphold food and service quality
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
