Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid BASSET certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and sanitation

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager, F&B manager, beverage manager, supervisor, or similar leadership role in a full-service, upscale, or fine-dining restaurant
  • Strong floor presence with the ability to engage guests, support service, and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Working knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and elevated beverage service
  • Experience training, coaching, recruiting, and holding front-of-house teams accountable
  • Strong understanding of service standards, labor, beverage cost, inventory, sanitation, and daily restaurant operations
  • BASSET certification required or ability to obtain/maintain required certification
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
  • Be visibly present on the floor during service, engaging with guests and team members
  • Train, coach, and develop front-of-house staff
  • Support beverage execution, including wine and cocktail service standards
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, par levels, and cost controls
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, service readiness, sanitation, and compliance
  • Support private events, wine dinners, tastings, and guest-facing activations
