Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Ability to work collaboratively with chef and kitchen staff
  • Maintain calmness and consistency under pressure
  • Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in cooking in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong team orientation
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Previous experience in hotel or resort restaurant preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up clean and stock kitchen prep station
  • Measure weigh cut and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Prepare food and cook main dishes desserts appetizers and snacks
  • Plate arrange and garnish dishes based on the chef's guidance
  • Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately
  • Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils
  • Store equipment at the end of shift
  • Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene
