Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Ability to work collaboratively with chef and kitchen staff
- Maintain calmness and consistency under pressure
- Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cooking in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong team orientation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Previous experience in hotel or resort restaurant preferred
Job Duties
- Set up clean and stock kitchen prep station
- Measure weigh cut and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and cook main dishes desserts appetizers and snacks
- Plate arrange and garnish dishes based on the chef's guidance
- Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately
- Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils
- Store equipment at the end of shift
- Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene
