Job Qualifications
- high school diploma
- 2+ years of fine dining hosting experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- familiarity with POS software including Clubessential
- experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable
- ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Job Duties
- greet guests and members warmly upon arrival
- respond to phone calls and emails regarding restaurant inquiries
- assist guests with making dining reservations
- manage seating arrangements and wait lists effectively
- maintain a clean and orderly host station
- coordinate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
