Job Requirements
- minimum 3+ years as an executive chef in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
- demonstrated experience overseeing restaurant dining and private events
- servsafe certification required
- strong knowledge of menu engineering, recipe costing, purchasing strategy, and food cost control
- experience managing culinary teams, training kitchen leadership, and building a positive kitchen culture

- strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health department standards

Job Duties

- maintain accurate recipes, portioning, and costing systems to ensure reliable profitability reporting
- mentor kitchen managers and culinary staff through structured training and development
