Known for their commitment to quality, the Brigantine family prides itself on fostering a culture built on a team-oriented approach and a guest-centered mindset. This culture encourages open communication and partnership among staff members, working together to uphold their mission statement: "Every Guest Leaves Happy!" The restaurants strive to create welcoming environments where guests can feel at home, and team members can grow and flourish in their careers.
The Busser role at The Brigantine is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness that guests expect. As a Busser, you will be primarily responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth flow in the dining area. This role supports the servers by helping maintain the dining environment, stocking side stations, and ensuring restrooms and floors are clean and well-maintained. Compensation for this position includes a competitive wage of $17.25 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of the role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Added benefits such as paid sick leave, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and career advancement opportunities help create a supportive workplace environment. The Brigantine values employees who demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to work as part of a cohesive team. Training is provided to ease new team members into their responsibilities, making this an excellent opportunity for both those with restaurant experience and individuals looking to begin their hospitality careers.
