Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Alcohol Awareness Card required
- at least 2 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining establishments preferred
- familiarity with preparing standard and specialty cocktails
- proficiency in cash handling and payment collection
- strong knowledge of liquor and wine
- ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- adherence to all appearance standards including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- ensure a full and complete understanding of all menu items including daily or seasonal specials and specialty cocktails
- assist servers and guests in answering questions regarding beverage selections
- monitor the bar to ensure timely attention to guests' needs and communicate effectively with team members
- take and fulfill drink orders accurately and promptly
- promote beverages of particular value such as cocktails and wine
- complete nightly side work including cleaning and preparation for the next day
- perform other duties as assigned
