Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Technical school or formal apprenticeship may be required
- Knowledge and skills needed to safely prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with internal policies and external regulations and or laws
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with personal computers, point of sale systems, liquor dispensing systems, cash, etc
- Knowledgeable in food and beverage sanitation, guest service, cash control policies, practices, and protocols
- Ability to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any regulatory

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures
- Accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service
- Ensures appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner
- Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies procedures, and internal control protocols
- Promotes outstanding customer relations
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned
