Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years related experience and/or training
- Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission License
- Serve-safe certification
- ability to pass background check
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to communicate well
- physical ability to perform required tasks
- knowledge of safety procedures and use of equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- two years bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic mathematical skills
- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- strong memory and multitasking capability
- positive attitude and teamwork skills
- ability to work under supervision and independently
- understanding of bar operations and safety standards
Job Duties
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- fills orders for customers and wait staff in a timely manner
- collects payments and maintains accurate product cost records
- manages inventory and completes commissary order sheets
- sets up and cleans bar area including glassware and utensils
- follows cash handling policies and safety procedures
- assists customers professionally and supports management directives
