Job Requirements

  • Proven experience bartending and/or managing craft cocktail programs
  • Knowledge of bar operations, including service flow, food safety, and health regulations, preferably in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality setting
  • Proven ability to lead, support, and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong communication skills for working with staff, guests, and management
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues while ensuring standards are met
  • Effective at multitasking without compromising quality
  • Required food and alcohol certifications

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience bartending and/or managing craft cocktail programs

  • Excellent communication skills for working effectively with staff, guests, and management

  • Required food and alcohol certifications

Job Duties

  • Execute the cocktail program with precision and consistency, preparing beverages to standard and guiding guests with informed recommendations
  • Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service, strong communication, and consistent drink quality
  • Train and mentor bar staff to uphold standards
  • Maintain all beverage recipes, presentation, and quality standards set by the Beverage Director
  • Oversee inventory, including ordering, receiving, organization, and regular counts
  • Monitor costs, track usage, and minimize waste to support profitability
  • Ensure the bar is fully prepped for service with proper par levels of all supplies, ingredients, and glassware
  • Provide elevated guest service, creating a welcoming environment and resolving issues promptly
  • Work with management to align bar operations with business goals, programming, and promotions
