Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Medicare and insurance procedures
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time as required
  • Commitment to person-centered care values

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of administrative and/or business management experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare and insurance processes
  • Administrative and accounting experience in rehabilitation, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with residents and team members
  • Strong customer focus and patience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as an administrative resource for residents and their families
  • Assist with coordination of internal and external resources
  • Coordinate accounts receivable functions
  • Perform basic accounting and cash handling duties
  • Manage administrative functions and record keeping
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed
