Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years supporting desktops, laptops, and printers
- Minimum of three years customer service experience
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings
- Able to work in bent, crouched, or kneeled positions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Smartphone with tethering or hotspot capabilities
- Laptop and basic hand tools
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Comfortable working at different client locations
- Ability to work overtime
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Must have own transportation and valid license
- Able to work from varied physical positions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years field service technician experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Proven ability in desktop, laptop, and printer support
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Perform break and fix repairs for desktops, laptops, servers, and printers
- Travel to various client locations daily to provide on-site technical support
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair IT equipment under general supervision
- Meet deadlines and adhere to service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Participate in on-call rotation after training is complete
- Provide excellent customer service in diverse environments
- Work overtime and weekend shifts as needed
