Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months
- standard computer and technology skills
- ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
- great attention to detail
- willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- active Nevada driver’s license for safe driving certification
- minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of security experience as a supervisor
- must have good computer and technology skills
- ability to interact with diverse individuals calmly and professionally
- great attention to detail
- knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- strong leadership and communication abilities
Job Duties
- Supervises security officers and other personnel
- ensures personnel deliver high quality service
- evaluates service quality and initiates corrective actions
- meets with branch management and client representatives for status updates
- provides support during client start-ups
- participates in orientation, training, development, and retention of staff
- assigns and directs work and coaches employees
- carries out disciplinary actions
- maintains a professional environment compliant with laws and policies
- communicates with branch management regarding scheduling, staffing, and equipment
- inspects client sites for coverage and compliance
- reviews client and company reports
- assists in payroll and billing
- performs related duties as assigned
