This opportunity is for a Field Service Manager position located in Reno, NV, offering a full-time role with an annual wage of $50,000. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for supervising security operations across multiple sites, ensuring that guarding activities comply with prescribed post orders and company standards. This role involves the oversight of personnel performance through coaching, training, and evaluation, as well as administrating branch-specific procedures. The successful candidate will act as a critical liaison between clients, branch management, and security personnel, addressing any incidents promptly and ensuring effective service coverage during staffing shortages. This position demands strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high-quality security service under diverse and dynamic conditions.

Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months
  • standard computer and technology skills
  • ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
  • great attention to detail
  • willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • active Nevada driver’s license for safe driving certification
  • minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in security

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervises security officers and other personnel

  • assigns and directs work and coaches employees
  • carries out disciplinary actions

  • communicates with branch management regarding scheduling, staffing, and equipment
  • inspects client sites for coverage and compliance
  • reviews client and company reports
  • assists in payroll and billing
