The Driver / Field Service Associate role at Arjo's San Antonio service center plays a vital part in delivering and maintaining medical equipment rented by local hospitals and nursing homes. This full-time position operates on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm and involves the local transportation of Arjo’s equipment in company vehicles. This role requires a dedicated individual who takes pride in maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety, ensuring accurate delivery and pickup documentation, and upholding exceptional customer service standards during interactions with patients and healthcare partners.

Working as a Driver / Field Service Associate at Arjo, you will be entrusted with preparing medical equipment for transport, loading and unloading items safely, driving a 26-foot box truck for deliveries and pickups, and routinely maintaining vehicle condition to meet company standards. The role demands physical capability, including lifting up to 30 pounds and pushing or pulling objects up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to work with cleaning solvents in a warehouse without climate control. Strong attention to safety protocols and customer etiquette reflects Arjo’s commitment to dignity and quality care. Job Requirements

  • Must have clean driving record with no moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Two years��� experience within service or operations field
  • Two years’ experience in front-line customer-service
  • Lifting up to 30 pounds

  • Ability to drive work truck
  • Ability to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment

  • Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery

  • Clean and disinfect medical equipment to Arjo quality standards
  • Present highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions
