Job Requirements
- Proven track record of success in field sales with experience in servicing exporters, freight forwarders, and clients in the USA market
- Strong sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals
- In-depth knowledge of export and freight forwarding industries including relevant regulations, customs procedures, trade requirements, and shipping trends
- Familiarity with USA market dynamics including shipping routes, distribution channels, and industry practices
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken English
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with attention to details
- Knack for identifying potential clients in the industry

Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and prospect exporters, freight forwarders, and clients with shipping needs to and from the USA, generating new business leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, and clients operating in the USA market, understanding their logistics requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Stay up to date with the USA market dynamics, including regulations, customs procedures, trade requirements, and shipping trends, to effectively guide clients and provide optimal logistics solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with exporters, freight forwarders, and clients to close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales plans and strategies, aligned with the unique requirements of exporters, freight forwarders, and the USA market
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events focused on export, freight forwarding, and the USA market to expand professional network and promote our services
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting opportunities and challenges within the export, freight forwarding, and the USA market sectors
