As part of its US market entry, Gorilla Energy is seeking enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Field Sales Representatives to join its growing team in the Denver, Colorado area. This full-time associate position offers individuals the opportunity to actively contribute to the brand’s growth by cultivating and managing relationships with independent retail outlets. The role is remote-based but requires residing within 25 miles of the Denver market territory to ensure effective territory coverage. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving Gorilla Energy’s sales efforts through direct interaction with store owners and decision makers, securing new distribution agreements, and maintaining existing accounts. This role demands a self-starter mentality, a strong work ethic, and an entrepreneurial spirit, as representatives will independently manage their schedules and sales strategies.

The Field Sales Representative’s responsibilities extend beyond sales to include merchandising tasks such as resetting shelves to showcase product samples, placing point of sale materials like shelf tags and brand displays, and educating retail partners on product ordering processes and brand benefits. The position involves utilizing technological tools, including a customer management app, to route daily visits, schedule meetings, and track sales progress efficiently. Representatives will also participate in team meetings, usually held via calls, sharing best practices and competitive insights to enhance team performance collectively. With a competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 to $70,000, complemented by an incentive plan based on new store distributions, this role offers a rewarding compensation package. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year in food and/or beverage industry with selling and merchandising experience at store level
  • Experience in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) distribution networks preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have smart phone to use for daily routing
  • Continued access to personal vehicle that can transport up to 20 sample cases (12 count case of 16oz cans)
  • Strong relationship building skills

  • At least 1 year in food and/or beverage industry with selling and merchandising experience at store level
  • Experience in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) distribution networks preferred

  • Ability to use customer management apps and CRM tools for scheduling and reporting

Job Duties

  • Work with store owners and store decision makers to secure and maintain new distribution of Gorilla Energy in assigned market area territories
  • Reset shelves to cut in samples of Gorilla Energy
  • Place Point of Sale (POS) material including shelf tags, brand awareness and displays
  • Educate store owners on how to order products from Gorilla Energy DSD partners
  • Educate store decision makers on Gorilla Energy brand and benefits
  • Attend team meetings as directed by your manager, usually through team calls
  • Use Gorilla Customer Management App on your phone, to route, schedule, and plan your day/week
