Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel more than 250 days a year
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with technology and AI tools
- Valid driver’s license
- U.S. work authorization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Develop strategic multi-city and multi-state travel plans to maximize territory coverage and school visits
- Identify pain points and opportunities for product development by communicating customer feedback to the engineering team
- Schedule and conduct multiple in-person meetings daily with athletic trainers, directors, and coaches
- Deliver concise 30-minute presentations demonstrating concussion-care tools
- Follow up with school staff to address questions and concerns
- Host community engagement events such as happy hours and brunches
- Attend behind-the-scenes sports events and present at local athletic events
- Share success stories and field insights with company founders
- Innovate outreach scripts and sales tactics to improve engagement
