Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales or related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel more than 250 days a year
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with technology and AI tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • U.S. work authorization
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Develop strategic multi-city and multi-state travel plans to maximize territory coverage and school visits
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for product development by communicating customer feedback to the engineering team
  • Schedule and conduct multiple in-person meetings daily with athletic trainers, directors, and coaches
  • Deliver concise 30-minute presentations demonstrating concussion-care tools
  • Follow up with school staff to address questions and concerns
  • Host community engagement events such as happy hours and brunches
  • Attend behind-the-scenes sports events and present at local athletic events
  • Share success stories and field insights with company founders
  • Innovate outreach scripts and sales tactics to improve engagement
