Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B field or event marketing experience
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in IT hardware or datacenter-related industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of event strategy and operations
- Exceptional project management and budget management skills
- Ability to conduct detailed post-event analysis
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using a buddy system
- Willingness to stand and walk for long periods when required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B field or event marketing
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in IT hardware or datacenter-related industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of event strategy, operations, and integrated event marketing
- Exceptional project management, budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI development and event performance reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organization and with external event agencies
- Proven team player who can operate both collaboratively and independently
Job Duties
- Support and drive end-to-end execution of Supermicro's field and channel events, inclusive of owned and sponsored events
- Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure investments deliver measurable ROI
- Conduct post-event analysis with actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed event trackers and ensure alignment and visibility across cross-functional and external stakeholders
