This is a full-time position with a base salary of $40,000 and earning potential that can reach up to $70,000 through commissions and bonuses. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in field marketing, sales, event marketing, or related leadership role preferred
- proven experience managing employees or teams
- clean driving record

- comfortable working independently while maintaining alignment with leadership

Job Duties
- Directly manage 2 FTE field marketing lead generation staff
- recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate field marketing staff
- set expectations for professionalism, brand representation, lead quality, and event execution
- create staffing plans for shows, expos, and regional events
- provide hands-on support at events as needed, including setup, teardown, and lead generation
- oversee and participate in traveling shows, expos, and industry events
- ensure event displays are professional, clean, organized, and fully stocked
