The position available is for a Field Marketing Manager within the Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Field Marketing Director. This is a full-time role offering a base salary of $40,000 with the potential to earn up to $70,000 through commission and bonus structures. The Field Marketing Manager will be a hands-on leader entrusted with managing the Field Marketing Lead Generation team, coordinating regional dealer engagements, and overseeing event marketing activities. This role is critical for ensuring seamless execution of field marketing strategies that align closely with sales objectives and customer experience goals.

As a key figure in the field marketing team, the Field Marketing Manager will balance strategic planning with direct involvement in the field. This includes managing staff, recruiting and training new employees, setting performance expectations, and leading by example during events ranging from trade shows to consumer expos. The manager ensures that all marketing events are professionally staffed, displays adhere to brand standards, and that lead generation efforts meet the highest quality to support sales teams and call centers.

Job Duties

  • Directly manage 2 FTE Field Marketing Lead Generation staff
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate field marketing staff
  • Set expectations for professionalism, brand representation, lead quality, and event execution
  • Create staffing plans for shows, expos, and regional events
  • Provide hands-on support at events as needed, including setup, teardown, and lead generation
  • Oversee and participate in traveling shows, expos, and industry events
  • Ensure event displays are professional, clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Monitor multi-day events to maintain brand standards and operational consistency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety expectations, and travel requirements
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer engagement
  • Build new relationships with RV dealers across the assigned region
  • Maintain existing dealer relationships through regular in-person visits and digital outreach
  • Coordinate with Sales leadership to align dealer activity with sales initiatives
  • Attend industry-relevant trade shows and dealer events
  • Act as a primary field point of contact for dealer-related marketing efforts
  • Ensure high-quality lead generation aligned with Sales and Call Center needs
  • Monitor lead flow, quality standards, and follow-up coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve field marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the Field Marketing Director
