LGI Homes prides itself on an inclusive culture that supports professional growth, ongoing training, and employee recognition, making it an ideal environment for marketing professionals eager to develop their careers in a dynamic and supportive setting.

The Field Marketing Coordinator role at LGI Homes is an exciting opportunity within the Salt Lake City market. This field-based position is pivotal in bringing LGI Homes’ marketing strategies to life across various communities by planning and executing impactful events such as community showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements. The coordinator will serve as the on-the-ground marketing ambassador, ensuring that every touchpoint—from signage to digital listings—is polished, consistent, and fully aligned with the LGI Homes brand standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for activating national marketing campaigns locally to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience. Managing the entire event lifecycle, from planning and coordination to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, is a core function that helps maintain strong community visibility and engagement. Additionally, this position involves data entry, reporting, and traffic trend analysis, providing critical insights to leadership that support sales performance.

This role requires a creative and organized individual with strong social media management and content editing skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities while cultivating strong relationships within the team, community partners, and stakeholders.

The role demands flexibility as it includes traveling between communities as well as working evenings and weekends during events. Joining LGI Homes as a Field Marketing Coordinator means engaging with a fast-paced and rewarding environment where your efforts directly impact community engagement and the company’s sales success. LGI Homes offers competitive compensation, comprehensive training, and a robust benefits package designed to foster both your professional and personal well-being.
