Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning and project management abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Creative mindset with keen eye for presentation
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools
- Availability to travel between communities and work evenings and weekends
- Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity and attention to presentation details
- Proficient in social media management and content editing tools
- Ability to build strong relationships with teams, partners, and community
Job Duties
- Plan and execute community events, showcases, and grand openings
- Coordinate Realtor engagements to enhance community visibility
- Manage event logistics including planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints meet brand standards
- Perform data entry and reporting on traffic trends
- Review online listings and evaluate sign routes for optimal performance
- Manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
- Support photography and video content needs
- Assist with community launches and closeouts
- Maintain visitor readiness of information centers
