Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • Strong event planning and project management abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Creative mindset with keen eye for presentation
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools
  • Availability to travel between communities and work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • Strong event planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creativity and attention to presentation details
  • Proficient in social media management and content editing tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships with teams, partners, and community

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute community events, showcases, and grand openings
  • Coordinate Realtor engagements to enhance community visibility
  • Manage event logistics including planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints meet brand standards
  • Perform data entry and reporting on traffic trends
  • Review online listings and evaluate sign routes for optimal performance
  • Manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
  • Support photography and video content needs
  • Assist with community launches and closeouts
  • Maintain visitor readiness of information centers
