LGI Homes is a premier homebuilder recognized as one of the World's Most Trustworthy Companies and a Top Workplace in the USA. With a rich legacy of excellence in building quality, affordable homes, LGI Homes continues to set the standard for homeownership by blending innovative design, superior craftsmanship, and customer-centric service. Headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, LGI Homes has rapidly grown to become a leading name in the housing market, serving multiple communities across the country. The company is driven by a culture that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork, reinforcing its commitment to providing customers not just a house but a home that fits their lifestyle and budget.

The Field Marketing Coordinator position at LGI Homes in the Austin area is an exciting opportunity for marketing professionals who are self-motivated and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital role in bringing LGI Homes' marketing efforts to life by managing and executing community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements. The purpose of this role is to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience, acting as the local ambassador for the brand within multiple community developments.

As a field-based coordinator, this role activates national marketing campaigns at the community level, ensuring that all customer touchpoints—from signage to digital listings—are polished, consistent, and meet brand standards. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining community presentation, supporting the creation of engaging content, and providing critical insights on sales performance and consumer engagement that influence marketing strategies. The position requires active involvement in all phases of event planning, from coordination and execution to post-event follow-up, strengthening community visibility and engagement.

Besides event management, the coordinator handles operational marketing tasks such as data entry, traffic trend analysis, online listing reviews, sign route evaluations, and weekly reporting to leadership. Additional responsibilities include managing marketing inventory and vendor relationships, supporting photography and video production needs, and assisting with community launches and closeouts. This role also ensures that information centers are always visitor-ready, offering an inviting and informative experience for prospective homebuyers.

LGI Homes offers a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive training and exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with a 4% match, an employee stock purchase program, and a new home discount. The company fosters a supportive culture focused on growth, professional goals, and recognition, making it an outstanding workplace for marketing professionals looking to grow their careers within the homebuilding industry.
