Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- minimum of 2 years marketing, events, or community engagement experience
- strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- creativity and an eye for presentation
- strong social media and content creation skills
- proficiency with digital social media management and content editing tools
- comfortable traveling between communities
- available to work evenings and weekends for events
- skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Job Duties
- plan and execute community events, showcases, and grand openings
- engage and coordinate with realtors to drive traffic
- activate national marketing campaigns at the local community level
- ensure signage, collateral, and digital listings meet brand standards
- manage the full event process including planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- perform data entry, track traffic trends, and review online listings
- evaluate sign routes and share weekly marketing insights with leadership
- manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
- support photography and video production needs
- assist with community launches and closeouts
- maintain visitor-ready information centers
