Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • minimum of 2 years marketing, events, or community engagement experience
  • strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
  • creativity and an eye for presentation
  • strong social media and content creation skills
  • proficiency with digital social media management and content editing tools
  • comfortable traveling between communities
  • available to work evenings and weekends for events
  • skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

  • strong event planning and project management skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • creativity and attention to presentation detail
  • proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
  • ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • skilled at building strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and community members

Job Duties

  • plan and execute community events, showcases, and grand openings
  • engage and coordinate with realtors to drive traffic
  • activate national marketing campaigns at the local community level
  • ensure signage, collateral, and digital listings meet brand standards
  • manage the full event process including planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
  • perform data entry, track traffic trends, and review online listings
  • evaluate sign routes and share weekly marketing insights with leadership
  • manage marketing inventory and vendor relationships
  • support photography and video production needs
  • assist with community launches and closeouts
  • maintain visitor-ready information centers
