As a prominent homebuilding company, LGI Homes has built a legacy of providing high-quality homes and outstanding customer experiences across numerous communities nationwide. The company excels in combining innovative home designs with efficient and customer-focused service, making it a preferred choice for homebuyers and a respected employer in the real estate industry. LGI Homes' culture emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement, which are central to its sustained success and employee satisfaction.
The Field Marketing Coordinator role at LGI Homes is a pivotal position that embodies the company’s dedication to superior marketing execution and community presence. This position is field-based, requiring dynamic professionals who are self-motivated and passionate about engaging with communities to bring marketing strategies to life. The coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of community events including showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements, all designed to drive customer traffic and enhance the overall homebuying experience. By activating national marketing campaigns locally, this role helps maintain a consistent brand message while adapting to the unique characteristics of each community.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of event planning from concept through execution to post-event analysis, ensuring that every event contributes positively to community visibility and engagement. This includes overseeing signage, collateral materials, digital listings, and all customer touchpoints to ensure alignment with LGI Homes' brand standards. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and a creative eye for community presentation, ensuring that each marketing initiative is polished, effective, and memorable.
The Field Marketing Coordinator also plays a crucial role in data management—tracking traffic trends, reviewing online listings, evaluating signage routes, and providing actionable insights to leadership teams. Supporting multimedia needs such as photography and video, managing marketing inventories and vendor relationships, and assisting in major community launches and closings further enrich the responsibilities of this role. A comfort with traveling between multiple community locations and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to succeed in this position.
Compensation for this role ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 annually, with bonus opportunities of up to 10 percent, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding high performance. Alongside competitive pay, LGI Homes offers comprehensive training programs and a robust benefits package, supporting employees’ health, financial security, and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for marketing professionals who are enthusiastic about real estate and community engagement to join a trusted and vibrant organization, delivering impactful marketing efforts and driving meaningful connections in the homebuilding industry.
