Job Description
LGI Homes is a leading homebuilder recognized as one of the World's Most Trustworthy Companies and a Top Workplace in the USA. With a strong commitment to excellence in homebuilding, LGI Homes has built a remarkable legacy by delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer service. The company takes pride in fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and cultural engagement. LGI Homes is currently seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to join their team in the Modesto area, an opportunity for marketing professionals who are motivated, creative, and ready to immerse themselves in the LGI Homes system and culture.
The Field Marketing Coordinator is a critical role that brings the company’s marketing vision to life across multiple communities. This position involves planning and executing community events, showcases, grand openings, and realtor engagements that are designed to drive traffic and enhance the overall customer experience. Working as the on-the-ground representative of the marketing team, the Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for activating national marketing campaigns at a local level, improving community presentation, supporting content creation, and providing insightful data to help drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities of this role include managing signage, collateral materials, digital listings, and customer touchpoints to ensure they are polished, consistent, and aligned with LGI Homes’ brand standards. Event management is a major focus, encompassing the full event lifecycle from initial planning and coordination to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, which ensures strong visibility and engagement within the communities. In addition to event management, the coordinator will handle important administrative tasks such as data entry, traffic trend tracking, reviewing online listings, evaluating sign routes, and sharing weekly insights with leadership teams.
Supporting the marketing infrastructure also involves managing marketing inventory and vendor relationships, assisting with photography and video production needs, and ensuring that community information centers are always visitor-ready. This role demands a high level of creativity, excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and the aptitude to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The Field Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships with teams, partners, and the community, ensuring the company’s marketing efforts translate into meaningful connections and business success.
Offering a competitive annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $90,000 plus annual bonus opportunities of up to 10%, this position also provides comprehensive training and exceptional benefits. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match, paid car and phone allowances, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount. LGI Homes boasts a rich company culture focused on training, achieving goals, and employee recognition, making this an excellent opportunity for a skilled marketing professional dedicated to driving impactful community engagement and marketing success.
