Job Description
INDIGITAL is a mission-driven company dedicated to ensuring the reliability and modernization of North America’s emergency communications infrastructure. As a purpose-built Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG911) software and services provider, INDIGITAL plays a critical role in supporting the technology behind every emergency call. The company’s experienced team collaborates across engineering, support, and market management to deploy advanced NG911 solutions across 25 states. These deployments range from individual Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to full statewide Emergency Services Internet Protocol Networks (ESINET) and Next Generation Core Services (NGCS) solutions. INDIGITAL prides itself on innovation, quality control, and maintaining compliance with evolving standards to keep emergency services ready and reliable when lives are at stake.
The Field Marketing & Events Coordinator is a key execution-focused role within INDIGITAL’s marketing team. This position supports the planning and delivery of INDIGITAL’s field marketing programs and industry events. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and ownership of the operational aspects that ensure each event is well-prepared, adequately staffed, and thoroughly documented. It serves as an integral connection between field marketing activities and broader goals like brand awareness and lead generation across the revenue team.
Responsibilities include managing logistics such as shipments, inventory, booth components, event signage, registration, hotel arrangements, and on-site supplies. The coordinator develops essential event documentation including run-of-show agendas, event briefings, and checklists using project management tools like ClickUp. Budget tracking and vendor deliverable management are critical to ensuring event success, with ongoing communication to the Marketing Operations & Communications Manager regarding status and risk factors.
This role also manages the inventory and ordering of branded swag and marketing materials consistent with INDIGITAL’s brand standards, working closely with the Content & Digital Media Specialist. Coordination extends to partner and joint events, handling logistics for hospitality dinners, roundtables, and partner-sponsored activities while serving as the operational liaison between INDIGITAL and external partners.
Pre-event preparation involves researching target attendees to support sales and marketing objectives, executing email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, and collaborating with marketing leadership on messaging and segmentation. Post-event responsibilities include capturing attendance and engagement data, generating performance reports, summarizing event outcomes, and documenting budget and lessons learned to inform future events. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
INDIGITAL offers competitive, experience-based compensation and comprehensive benefits including unlimited paid time off, comprehensive health insurance plans, life and disability insurance, robust retirement savings plans with company match, and a technology allowance. Joining INDIGITAL means contributing to a vital public safety mission where your work directly impacts the emergency infrastructure that protects millions. The company fosters an accountable and collaborative work environment welcoming all qualified individuals and providing accommodations to ensure equal employment opportunity.
