Job Description
We are a dedicated staffing company committed to connecting professionals with long-term and rewarding career opportunities across various industries. Our mission is to bridge the gap between talented individuals and organizations by providing strategic recruitment solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of both candidates and employers. With a focus on quality matchmaking, we aim to foster enduring career growth and organizational success through personalized service and industry expertise.
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Field Marketing and Event Manager to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in leading and scaling dealer, OEM partner, and event marketing initiatives that amplify brand presence and empower partners with the tools and knowledge necessary to effectively promote and support products. The position involves approximately 25-40 percent travel, reflecting its hands-on nature and close partner engagement, and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually.
The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable navigating the crossroads of marketing, sales, engineering, and customer experience. Their expertise will be demonstrated through seamless execution of trade shows, dealer meetings, and conferences, alongside developing impactful training materials and delivering presentations that resonate with partners and customers alike. This managerial role demands not only operational excellence but also strategic insight to track and analyze event outcomes for ongoing improvement.
In this role, the Field Marketing and Event Manager will take charge of orchestrating event logistics—ranging from booth setup and signage to shipping and on-site execution—while forming and sustaining vendor and partner relationships. They will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure cohesive event strategies that bolster brand visibility and market impact. Additionally, they will create and maintain dealer and OEM-facing educational content, manage dealer portal resources, and assist in training sessions and webinars, effectively translating complex technical concepts into accessible, actionable knowledge.
Candidates should bring a collaborative spirit to foster cross-functional teamwork, coupled with strong presentation and public speaking skills that clarify technical and product nuances. Proven abilities in multitasking, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects must be demonstrated. A background in marketing, business, communications or related fields with 4-7 years of relevant experience is preferred. The role favors candidates with expertise in field marketing or event marketing, sales enablement, technical or product marketing, and experience within B2B sectors such as manufacturing, technology, or energy.
Joining this organization presents a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a growing company and its partnerships. You will be integral in shaping how the organization markets itself and supports its dealer networks and OEM partners, contributing directly to broader business goals. This role offers professional fulfillment by combining strategic marketing execution with partner enablement in a vibrant, collaborative atmosphere.
