Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, or related roles
  • approximately 20-40% travel for trade shows, dealer meetings, and events

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to dealers, customers, and partners

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage trade shows, dealer meetings, conferences, and customer events
  • coordinate event logistics including booth setup, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
  • work with internal teams to align event goals, messaging, and staffing
  • support on-site event execution and partner engagement
  • manage relationships with event vendors and partners
  • track event performance and identify opportunities to improve event impact
  • support event strategy and measure performance to ensure Lithionics events generate meaningful customer engagement and sales opportunities
  • support or lead product presentations, training sessions, and partner briefings during events and dealer meetings
  • create, maintain, and deliver dealer and OEM presentations, training decks, and product education
  • develop content for lithium fundamentals, system design, and product capabilities
  • support dealer training sessions, webinars, and partner education programs
  • manage dealer portal content and organize partner-facing documentation
  • collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate technical information into clear, practical materials
