Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Collaborate closely with restaurant managers to ensure operational excellence
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing across units
- Foster and ensure a food safety-first culture
- Lead and develop team members to enhance their performance
- Keep a laser-like focus on enhancing guest experience
- Train and validate employees on key operational procedures
