Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Collaborate closely with restaurant managers to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing across units
  • Foster and ensure a food safety-first culture
  • Lead and develop team members to enhance their performance
  • Keep a laser-like focus on enhancing guest experience
  • Train and validate employees on key operational procedures
