Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant leadership
  • Strong business acumen
  • Commitment to food safety culture
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Passion for team development and leading through others
  • Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Strong training and validation skills for employee development
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Develop strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage profit and loss responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Lead and train teams on operational elements
  • Foster a food safety first culture
  • Focus intensely on delivering excellent guest experiences
