Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • ability to lead and manage multiple teams
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • excellent business acumen
  • passion for team leadership and development
  • ability to maintain a guest-focused environment
  • ability to travel between restaurant locations
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • build strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • manage P&L and operational aspects including food safety and sales forecasting
  • lead staffing and scheduling efforts
  • foster a food safety first culture
  • develop and train restaurant teams
  • ensure a superior guest experience
  • assist team members as needed
