Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Foster strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities
  • Ensure food safety compliance and promote a food safety-first culture
  • Conduct sales forecasting and optimize staffing
  • Train and validate employees on key operational elements
  • Lead team development and ensure a great guest experience
