Job Duties
- oversee multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence
- build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- manage profit and loss responsibilities including sales forecasting and staffing
- foster and ensure a food safety first culture
- lead and develop team members through coaching and validation of key operational processes
- maintain a laser-like focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience
- assist restaurants as a team player to support daily operations
