Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous multi-unit restaurant management experience
strong understanding of business operations
ability to foster food safety culture
effective communication skills
capable of leading and developing teams
willing to work flexible hours
valid driver’s license for company car or mileage reimbursement eligibility

Job Qualifications

prior multi-unit restaurant experience
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
business knowledge including profit and loss management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
passion for team development
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

oversee multiple restaurant locations
build strong partnerships with restaurant managers
manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing
ensure a food safety first culture
train and validate employees on key operational elements

maintain a laser-like focus on guest experience
