Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage operations ensuring food safety and excellent guest experience
  • Train and validate employees on key operational elements
  • Foster a food safety-first culture
  • Support team development and lead through others
  • Assist in staffing, sales forecasting, and profit and loss management
