- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage operations ensuring food safety and excellent guest experience
- Train and validate employees on key operational elements
- Foster a food safety-first culture
- Support team development and lead through others
- Assist in staffing, sales forecasting, and profit and loss management
