Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Operate computer keyboard and mouse
- View computer monitor
- Hear and speak via telephone
- Reach forward and overhead
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision
- Availability to visit multiple store locations regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards
- Experience in training or supervising teams in a retail or foodservice environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with database management and report writing
Job Duties
- Supervise training and educate store teams on food safety and new product offerings
- Oversee new store start-ups and remodels for foodservice
- Address in-store issues in real-time and provide immediate solutions
- Visit assigned stores regularly to perform food safety and quality assurance monitoring
- Conduct troubleshooting seminars for equipment and process issues
- Act as central contact for food service category inquiries and problem solving
- Collaborate with category managers, leadership, vendors, and merchants to keep training materials current and effective
