Field Event Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Field Event Manager to join our team. This role involves traveling extensively and driving large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans to various event locations nationwide. Reporting directly to the Field Operations Director, the Field Event Manager will serve as the primary field specialist responsible for the flawless execution and quality assurance of promotional events. This includes managing event setup, loading and unloading event assets, coordinating labor, and ensuring that every element of the event aligns with campaign objectives and brand messaging.

The Field Event Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the overall quality and effectiveness of each event. This encompasses overseeing the visual presentation and entertainment value of the setup, maintaining excellent consumer engagement, and maximizing the impact of mobile marketing initiatives on target audiences. The individual in this position will work closely with clients and brand representatives to deliver exceptional event experiences, document activities through detailed reporting and photography, and continually improve event execution standards.
