Job Requirements
- Be 21 years or older
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a related field or industry
- Able to confidently serve as the primary field authority and main on-site point of contact
- Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Motivate, support, and guide team to ensure safe and incident-free event execution
- Oversee flawless on-site event management and coordination including all vendor assets
- Manage all event assets including transportation, setup, and ongoing maintenance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field or industry
- Ability to serve confidently as the primary field authority and main on-site point of contact
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with experience driving large vehicles
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
Job Duties
- Travel to various event locations across the country
- Drive large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans as needed
- Load and unload event assets
- Set up event equipment and materials
- Direct the use of event resources including equipment and labor
- Ensure flawless on-site event execution and quality assurance
- Oversee event aesthetics, entertainment value, and consumer engagement
- Collaborate with clients and brand representatives during events
- Document events through reporting and photography
