Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong computer literacy with data entry experience

  • Bilingual ability preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages
  • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support the sales team
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist sales team with miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for administrative functions
  • Ensure that supplies are stocked and the front desk area is tidy
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve client satisfaction
