Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- strong typing and communication skills
- ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- ability to work independently and in a team
- excellent organizational skills
- attention to detail
- bilingual skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred 2 years minimum
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word Excel Outlook is essential
- strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical tasks
- excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele
- strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation
- proven customer service skills with a focus on providing quality support to clients
- high school graduate or equivalent
- possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- manage multi-line phone systems directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and packages
- perform data entry filing and clerical tasks to support the sales team
- type memos correspondence reports and other documents
- assist sales team with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- utilize Microsoft Office Suite for administrative functions
- ensure that supplies are stocked and the front desk area is tidy
- collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve client satisfaction
