Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of general labor experience
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class C)
  • Ability to operate a truck safely
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in various physical conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy materials up to 40 pounds
  • Commitment to safety protocols
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class C)

Job Duties

  • Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
  • Check loads to ensure that truck has all material including fence panels and poles needed to complete service tickets
  • Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection and report deficiencies immediately
  • Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites
  • Unload fence materials and install fence panels according to specifications
  • Coordinate workload and efforts of Fence Helper
  • Meet with site superintendents to confirm work orders and maintain communication with supervisors
  • Record personnel, production, and operational data and submit at end of shift
  • Train Fence Helper on installation procedures and safety protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned
