Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of general labor experience
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class C)
- Ability to operate a truck safely
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in various physical conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials up to 40 pounds
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Two years of general labor experience
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class C)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
- Check loads to ensure that truck has all material including fence panels and poles needed to complete service tickets
- Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection and report deficiencies immediately
- Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites
- Unload fence materials and install fence panels according to specifications
- Coordinate workload and efforts of Fence Helper
- Meet with site superintendents to confirm work orders and maintain communication with supervisors
- Record personnel, production, and operational data and submit at end of shift
- Train Fence Helper on installation procedures and safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
