As a Facility Ops Team Member at Life Time, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the club. This hourly position offers wages ranging from $13.25 to $15.75 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that both indoor and outdoor areas meet Life Time's high standards, creating a clean and welcoming space for members. You will be responsible for everyday maintenance duties including washing, folding, and stocking member towels, as well as keeping the locker rooms neat and orderly. Additionally, you will manage the use of consumable supplies such as cleaning products and chemicals, ensuring they are used economically in line with departmental budgets. Your role also involves engaging with members by responding to inquiries regarding Life Time's products, services, policies, and procedures, thereby enhancing member satisfaction and reinforcing Life Time's dedication to exceptional customer service. Being able to physically perform routine tasks such as bending and lifting weights over 20 lbs is essential, as this helps maintain the facility’s cleanliness standards. The position requires stamina and mobility, as you will need to work in a stationary position as well as move throughout the club for extended periods. This role is suitable for individuals with a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred, who are motivated by a team-oriented environment and have an eye for detail.   • ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • experience in facility maintenance or custodial services is beneficial
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to follow safety and operational protocols
  • basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures
  • ability to work comfortably in both stationary and mobile positions
  • ability to lift and move objects weighing more than 20 lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
  • washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
  • ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
