We are currently seeking Spa Specialists to join our team at the St. Regis located at 9703 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, Florida. This full-time, non-management position plays a vital role in supporting multiple fundamental aspects of our spa operations, directly contributing to an unforgettable and unique guest experience. Our Spa Specialists are proactive professionals who deliver a wide array of services, ensuring guests enjoy every moment at our spa. Their duties range from promoting spa services and retail sales to scheduling and confirming appointments, responding to guest inquiries, registering guests, and processing payments. Each interaction is handled with care and professionalism to enhance the guest's overall visit.

Beyond these core responsibilities, Spa Specialists maintain a high standard of quality, adhere diligently to company policies and procedures, and contribute to creating a safe workspace. Maintaining a professional appearance, communication, and uniform standards at all times is essential. The role requires physical stamina as tasks may involve standing, walking, and moving for extended periods on irregular or slippery surfaces. Additionally, the role demands the ability to lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently and with assistance up to 25 pounds, as well as bending, twisting, reaching, and squatting. Performing all duties efficiently and reliably is critical both for guest satisfaction and business success.
