The FEC Manager role at Es Vedra Cinemas is a dynamic, leadership position focusing on managing all aspects of Family Entertainment Center (FEC) operations, including arcade games, bowling lanes, and the redemption store. This role demands a creative and strategic mindset, along with strong leadership skills, to drive revenue growth and enhance guest engagement activities. The FEC Manager is responsible for maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of equipment, managing staff recruitment and training, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. A key part of the position is the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, special events, and loyalty programs designed to increase guest interest and satisfaction. To excel in this role, candidates must be adept at analyzing sales and attendance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly. Staying abreast of industry trends and seeking innovative attractions to enrich the guest experience is also vital. The FEC Manager will ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification
  • Proven experience in FEC management or related role
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable with flashing lights and loud noises

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs
  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed
  • Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
