Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification
- Proven experience in FEC management or related role
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with flashing lights and loud noises
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed
- Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
