Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management
  • Proficiency with Sabre GDS
  • Experience with ticketing and itinerary management
  • Knowledge of airline rules, regulations, and fare requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management
  • In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance
  • Exposure to quality control processes for accuracy and compliance of travel bookings
  • Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting with ability to handle complex changes and exchanges
  • Proven ability to navigate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in managing multiple urgent tasks efficiently
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions to resolve travel-related issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable using travel booking systems and communication tools
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage tasks successfully

Job Duties

  • Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with business travelers to ensure their travel needs are met
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers' needs
  • Execute responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRs and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy
  • Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply this knowledge accurately
  • Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
  • Keep clients informed about necessary travel documents and health requirements
  • Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, exchanges, and changes involving complex international fares
  • Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruption to travel plans
