Job Description

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all aspects of the facility rental program, outside vendors, programming, retail sales, and assists with admission operations. Reports to Aquatics Manager. Example of Duties: Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent and 2-year college degree; Graduation from a 4-year college or university preferred. Certification: CPR/First Aid Certification. Other: Experience in retail sales, event planning & customer service; excellent public relations and interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; basic math and general clerical skills. Supplemental Information: 40 hours a week as assigned. Generally 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Weekend work is required. Resumes will not be accepted in lieu of a completed application.
