Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid United States driver’s license
- Own a personal vehicle with current insurance
- Be able to pass driving and background checks
- Have a bank account for payment processing
- Possess an Android phone or iPhone
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Valid United States driver’s license
- Ability to pass driving and background checks
- Familiarity with using smartphone apps for navigation and order management
- Reliable vehicle ownership with current insurance
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver grocery items, meals, drinks, and treats to customers promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive delivery experiences
- Communicate efficiently with dispatchers and customers during deliveries
- Handle items with care to maintain product quality
- Use the Favor app to accept, track, and complete delivery orders
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving
- Resolve delivery issues with the support of the Favor team
