This full-time position for a Fast Food Shift Lead is based at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas. The shift lead is responsible for supervising fast food service operations during day shifts, Monday through Friday, with specific hours varying and details provided upon interview. The role pays between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, and Morrison Healthcare is willing to provide training for candidates who may not have prior supervisory experience but are eager to learn and grow. As a Fast Food Shift Lead, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the quality assembly and service of food, ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and portion control standards in compliance with HACCP and OSHA guidelines. You will work closely with your team to promote efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and a positive dining experience for customers. Additionally, you will assist in menu planning, respond promptly to customer complaints both in person and electronically, and maintain sanitation schedules to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas. The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to train and coordinate team members effectively.
