Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior fast food experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time or part time schedules including evenings and Saturdays
  • Reliable transportation to the work location
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with foodservice
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to undergo background screening
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior fast food experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and OSHA
  • Ability to train and coordinate team members
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage schedules and workflow
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service by offering individual attention to detail
  • Oversee and participate in preparation and service of food and beverages adhering to food safety, sanitation and presentation standards
  • Help plan menus
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service
  • Respond to customer complaints in person and via email
  • Train, assign, and coordinate employees to promote efficiency and excellence
  • Develop and enforce sanitation schedules for kitchen and dining areas
  • Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow
  • Exhibit professionalism with customers and team members
  • Perform other assigned duties
