Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior fast food experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work full time or part time schedules including evenings and Saturdays
- Reliable transportation to the work location
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with foodservice
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo background screening
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Prior fast food experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and OSHA
- Ability to train and coordinate team members
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage schedules and workflow
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by offering individual attention to detail
- Oversee and participate in preparation and service of food and beverages adhering to food safety, sanitation and presentation standards
- Help plan menus
- Ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Respond to customer complaints in person and via email
- Train, assign, and coordinate employees to promote efficiency and excellence
- Develop and enforce sanitation schedules for kitchen and dining areas
- Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow
- Exhibit professionalism with customers and team members
- Perform other assigned duties
