This hiring event seeks to hire immediately for the position of Fast Food Shift Lead at a San Angelo, Texas location serving Angelo State University. This is a fast-paced role within the foodservice industry where candidates will take on both full-time and part-time schedules, typically working Monday through Saturday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Fast Food Shift Lead is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation, managing meal preparation and service, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The salary range offered is competitive, between $12.00 and $13.00 per hour, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior fast food experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time or part time schedules including evenings and Saturdays
  • Reliable transportation to the work location
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with foodservice
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to undergo background screening
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
